Jake's New Haircut
Jake wanted to get his hair cut short so he could wear it "spiky." I was sad because I loved his long shaggy hair, but he still looks very handsome. :)

Jake is in a musical at church on Sunday night. He's singing in the choir. It's not his favorite thing to do, but he's participating. Judd would love it. He's in choir too, but they are not singing in church. He loves singing and listening to music. The other day Judd came home and was telling me that his teacher told him about a man that was up in a tree and Jesus walked by and said, "Come down from that tree." I asked Judd, "Was his name Zaccheus?" He said, "Yes." I told Judd I had a song about Zaccheus and I put it on for him. He sat in front of the stereo and kept listening over and over. Then he listened to veggie tales and another Christian CD called "Outside the Lines" by Eric Orson. His favorite song on that CD is "The Noise We Make." THEN... my sweet little 4 year old came into the kitchen and said, "Mommy, can I listen to Bon Jovi, Crush now? hmmm.... I was thinking, Yes, you are your Father's son. He loves James' loud crazy music. But, I like the Bon Jovi Crush CD because it has a slow song called, "Thank You For Loving Me" and Judd and I dance to it. :) Anyway Judd will sit in front of the stereo and listen to music for an hour at a time. He also gets into James' car and says, "Daddy, I like your music, can you turn it up?"Tuesday, May 13, 2008
Judd's First T-Ball Game

Judd had his first T-ball game tonight. He did great. He loves it. Last week he was sick and had to miss t-ball practice. I told him we were not going to practice and he said, "Mom, I only feel good when I'm playing t-ball. That's the only thing that makes me feel better. I want to go to t-ball. I just feel good when I'm playing t-ball." We didn't go, but he sure tried. :) We are on a fun team from our church with lots of friends.

Silly Sleepers
Mother's Day
We had a great Mother's Day. My mom was in town for Aria's graduation so we spent time with her. Then, James' parents came over for lunch on Sunday. After that we went and bought flowers and James dug holes and planted them and cleaned out all my flower beds. He's my man. Thanks sweetie. The boys made me cards and bought me cards. :) We had a fun day.
